Abstract
This paper presents an integrated overview of four complementary enterprise architecture artifacts: Business Capability Maps, Technical Capability Maps, shared technical implementation models, and business-to-technical traceability matrices. It explains how artificial intelligence can be modeled as business value, technical enablement, shared platform capability, and DevOps extensions through MLOps and LLMOps.
